Hello, my name is Debbie Summers. I have been working in the picture framing industry since 1988.
Over the years, I have worked in many Galleries as a Picture Framer and a Gallery Manager.
In 1996 I became a GCF (Guild Certified Framer) APF (Accredited Professional Framer) by completing written and practical exams coordinated by the Fine Art Trade Guild. This qualification ensures that your artwork is handled and framed with care using quality materials.
Acorn Framing was established in June 2016 after my move from Berkshire to West Sussex. It has been popular from the start with many repeat customers and recommendations!
Operating on an appointment basis ensures that you receive an uninterrupted and personal consultation to get nothing but the best service.
I can frame pretty much anything!

Picture Framing
I offer a wide range of picture framing options to enhance and preserve your work of art.
I have a wide selection of classic and contemporary picture frame mouldings to choose from and an interesting array of coloured mountcard. All work is carried out to exhibition level using conservation standard materials.
I also offer a varied range of glazing options. See below.

As well as these, I offer TRU VUE® and GROGLASS ARTGLASSTM high performance glasses for my picture framing (see below). TRU VUE® and GROGLASS are manufacturers of high performance glazing products for the custom picture framing, museum and engineered optics markets. They are a leader in anti-reflective coatings, as well as conservation-grade UV protection and specialty glazing products for these markets.
TRU VUE Ultravue® (Pictured Above)
Water white clear glass with an anti-reflective coating reducing light reflection to 1.5% compared to 8%. Also blocks out over 65% of UV light. This is a very popular choice at Acorn Framing!
TRU VUE Conservation Clear ®
A clear glass with a coating to the inside to block out 99% of UV light.
ARTGLASS AR99TM
This glass is a combination of the above two with 99% UV protection and reducing light reflection to less than 1%!

Portrait Commissions Organised
Beautiful pastels or pencil drawings of your pets. Any type from gerbils to horses, from your favourite photograph by Pagham based artist Roy Gray.
